Visiting and reservation terms

These terms apply when using Kulman Kuppila’s website and reservation service.
1. Reservations
A reservation is confirmed when you receive a confirmation. Please provide accurate details and notify the restaurant of changes or cancellation as early as possible.
2. Availability and changes
The restaurant may contact you about the reservation, adjust table arrangements for operational reasons or cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances. Material changes will be communicated using the contact details provided.
3. Menu, allergens and prices
Website menus, availability and prices may change. Tell the staff about allergies and dietary requirements before ordering. The restaurant confirms whether a dish can be prepared safely.
4. Responsibility and conduct
Customers must follow staff instructions and applicable law. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
